Do managers at one branch see other branches’ data?+
By default, branch staff and managers work within their assigned branch scope. Organization-wide visibility across all branches is a separate, permission-based level typically held by owners.
Is staff data shared across branches?+
Staff profiles, service eligibility and performance are tracked per branch assignment, so reporting reflects each branch’s own team accurately.
Can reporting compare branches?+
Owners with organization-wide reporting access can view sales, appointments and staff-performance reporting scoped to an individual branch or across the organization.
